Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective communication and organization, adaptable to changing priorities
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Ability to manage conflict in a calm, cooperative manner

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions for every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience across the store.
• Support company initiatives, adapt to changes, and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks in the store.
• Assist with operating tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win, using role-playing and feedback.
