Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Deliver an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Lead the Floor Leader role to ensure a great customer experience across all areas.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to evolving tasks as needed.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks in the store in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviors that win, using role play and feedback.
