Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication and organization under changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment and manage conflict.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching to store team to drive service and sales.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver great customer experience.
• Support company initiatives and adapt to changes as needed.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
• Delegate operational tasks with GM collaboration.
• Coach team on winning behaviors through feedback.
