Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail sales or services.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Able to work in high pace and sometimes stressful environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and delivering total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role directing the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Collaborate with the GM to complete and delegate operational tasks.
• Peer coach team on behaviors to win through role playing and feedback.
