Job Title: Supervisor (Full-Time)

A Supervisor (full-time) is a valued member of a high-performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. The anticipated rate for this position is $18.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Eligible associates can enroll in our company's 401(k) plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year is also provided unless otherwise required by law.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
