Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative print and marketing solutions
• Enhance customer satisfaction through engagement, quality, and community involvement
• Coach associates in service excellence, consultative selling, and total solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility
• Lead and develop a team focused on operational excellence and driving profitable sales and margins
• Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions, and offer appropriate options to deliver total print solutions
• Use Salesforce.com to manage customer relationships through in-store engagement and proactive outreach

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
• Experience leading a team and managing multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills: opening, saving, sending electronic files, email, and Microsoft Word or similar
• Attention to detail and quality awareness
• Conflict management skills
• Integrity regarding customer and business information
• Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand needs
• Ability to collaborate in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Physical ability to lift/move 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
