Position Summary

The primary role of the Supervisor, Retail Sales, is to develop their team for success by becoming proficient in guest engagement to achieve revenue and sales targets.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Develop, coach, and motivate team members to expand sales profitability.
2. Support and develop each team member through our sales proficiency process.
3. Ensure the store team is accurately staffed.
4. Assist with scheduling, sales training, and salesfloor leadership.
5. Model GEM during sales engagements.
6. Execute GEL responsibilities when assigned.
7. Ensure ongoing development training for the team.
8. Implement style guide directives.
9. Ensure daily task lists are completed by store teams.
10. Address escalated guest situations and resolve issues.
11. Analyze data to assess departmental focus.
12. Support sales operations and financial outcomes with the Manager on Duty.
13. Oversee check-out/in processes.
14. Partner with the Retail Business Manager to meet/exceed sales goals.
15. Develop team for growth opportunities.
16. Work weekends and most holidays.
17. Work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 5 years retail experience, including supervisory roles. High volume experience preferred. Equivalent education and experience considered.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau preferred.

Position Hiring Range: $21.55 - $28.00. Compensation depends on education, experience, skills, and market factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, FSA, and Employee Assistance Program.
