Responsibilities include:

• Providing peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversions
• Focusing on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and providing total solutions to customers
• Owning weekly sales and merchandising activities
• Performing Floor Leader duties to ensure a great customer experience
• Championing company initiatives, adapting to changes, and performing other duties as assigned
• Supporting an engaging environment and completing daily merchandising and sales tasks
• Assisting with operational tasks in partnership with the GM
• Coaching team behaviors to deliver results through role-playing and feedback

Essential skills and experience:

• Flexible schedule based on store needs
• At least 1 year of retail sales or services experience
• Ability and desire to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities
• Experience coaching or supervising teams
• Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Conflict management skills
• Integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously
