Position Details

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)

As a Consumer Engagement Leader, you will lead through clear communication, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store operations alongside the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional, engaging, and personalized consumer experiences to foster genuine connections.
  2. Support storytelling at the store level by executing consumer experience initiatives, visual merchandising, and standards.
  3. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment to enhance associate engagement.
  4. Assist in training, coaching, and providing feedback to associates for their growth.
  5. Ensure store controls, policies, and procedures are followed to maintain profitability and safety.
  6. Communicate operational data, product trends, local competition, and events to leadership.
  7. Support revenue strategies and monitor performance metrics to meet or exceed goals.
  8. Assist with external partnerships and promotional events to drive store success.
  9. Participate in community engagement initiatives and grow brand awareness locally.
  10. Support recruiting efforts and identify potential talent for various roles.
  11. Own your professional development and growth.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in retail preferred.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Knowledge of staffing, coaching, counseling, and training.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions
  • Retail environment with moderate lifting (30-40 lbs.)
  • Retail hours and travel (5%) required.
  • Workplace is tobacco-free.
