Responsibilities
  1. Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to enhance customer service, sales, and conversion.
  2. Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, and total solutions to customers.
  3. Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
  4. Perform Floor Leader duties, directing the team to ensure a great customer experience.
  5. Champion company initiatives, adapt to changes, and perform other duties as assigned.
  6. Support an engaging environment and complete daily merchandising and sales tasks.
  7. Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the General Manager.
  8. Coach team members on behaviors that drive results and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Flexible schedule based on store needs.
  • At least 1 year of retail sales or service experience.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and understanding customer needs.
  • Effective communication, organization, and adaptability.
  • Experience coaching or supervising a team.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
  • Physical ability to lift/move materials (10-50 pounds), climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.
