Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader duties, directing the team to ensure a great customer experience.
• Support company initiatives, adapt to changes, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an engaging environment and support daily merchandising and sales tasks.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach team members on behaviors to succeed, using role playing and feedback.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience selling retail products or services.
