Safeway in Redmond, Oregon seeks a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across areas of the store.

You will stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization. The role includes handling inventory and collaborating across departments in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Must be 16+ (18+ depending on role)
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers and box cutters per safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comply with safety, sanitation and dress standards
