Job summary

Safeway is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You’ll help customers find items, answer questions, stock shelves, and maintain displays across departments in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in inventory, price updates, and backroom organization while upholding safety and sanitation standards. This role fits someone who enjoys variety and helping customers in a hands-on store setting.

Qualifications

• :16+ years of age; prior retail or customer service preferred; ability to operate equipment and follow safety guidelines; basic math and English literacy; flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Restock shelves and maintain displays.
• Rotate products and update pricing/signage.
• Maintain backroom organization and inventory.
• Move between departments and adapt to priorities throughout the shift.
