Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, locate products, stock shelves, and maintain displays across departments to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You will also help with pricing/signage, backroom organization, and inventory tasks while following safety guidelines. A flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 depending on role)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate items and answer questions to create a welcoming store experience
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing/signage, and maintain backroom organization
• Maintain displays and product availability across departments throughout the shift
• Support inventory tasks and restocking processes as needed
• Operate store equipment following safety guidelines and company procedures
