Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop while helping customers locate items and answer questions. You will restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain pricing signage throughout the day.

The role also involves backroom organization, inventory awareness, and cross-department support to keep store standards high and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (18+ for some roles)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and update pricing or signage.
