Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain displays while rotating products and updating signage throughout the day.

You will work across departments, help with inventory, and ensure backroom organization. The role requires reading and following English instructions, flexible scheduling, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate items across departments
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays
• Update pricing and signage and keep backroom organized
• Assist with inventory and restocking tasks throughout the shift
• Operate equipment safely (pallet jacks, box cutters) as trained
