Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18+, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays; update pricing or signage as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Rotate products and remove dated items as needed
• Assist with restocking and ordering processes
