Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to help them find items
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain display standards
• Update pricing or signage and maintain backroom organization
• Keep product areas clean and well organized across departments
• Help ensure pricing accuracy and product availability throughout the day
