Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist in Rhode Island. You will promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers, serving as the face of the brand in our stores.

Your role centers on delivering exceptional customer care and driving store sales while upholding Spectrum standards. You will engage customers, educate them on offerings, and work with a team to meet daily sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology and basic computer applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
