Job summary

Charter Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote Spectrum products and deliver an outstanding customer experience in our store locations across Rhode Island. You will drive sales while educating customers on services and devices, and help resolve questions with a professional approach.

The role requires strong English communication, cash handling skills, and a comfort with technology. A high school diploma is required, and we offer training and a comprehensive pay/benefits

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology and mobile devices.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform routine calculations.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; strong multitasking and organization.
• Experience in goal- or incentive-based environments; fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on Spectrum products.
• Build positive relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards.
• Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere and adhere to policies; participate in training.
