Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail experience preferred; high-volume environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance against SPH and KPIs.
• Maintain showroom visuals and labeling to standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and showroom prep.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and protect company assets.
