Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Specialist 1 to deliver an exceptional guest experience by adhering to our Guest Engagement Model and driving sales through targeted SPH and KPI achievement.

The role focuses on maintaining showroom Visual Merchandising Standards to create an inviting, organized environment and to support revenue objectives while upholding brand standards. Previous retail experience and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• Customer-focused with ability to meet KPIs and guest satisfaction targets.
• Proficient in using sales reporting tools and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and SPH while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Analyze daily results and collaborate with leadership on behavior and proficiency plans.
• Promote a positive, guest-focused store culture that supports revenue and brand standards.
• Execute style-guided directives, oversee merchandising and labeling on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection and loss prevention standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
• Utilize store systems and tools while following established procedures.
• Support store operations and enhance the guest experience.
