Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to join our network of stores. You will be the face of Spectrum, promoting our Internet, TV, mobile and voice services while delivering exceptional customer care.

The role emphasizes sales, service, and operational excellence within a dynamic retail setting. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, strong cash handling, basic math, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based environments.
• Strong teamwork and performance in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues in person, phone, and writing.

Responsabilités

• Enhance customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and craft ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Build positive customer relationships; listen actively and overcome objections while communicating value of Spectrum products.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visuals; minimize product losses.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere; ensure clean retail experience, adhere to policies, resolve issues, and participate in training.
