Spectrum is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our product portfolio to existing and new customers. You will be the face of the brand, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales across store locations.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, educating customers, and maintaining product knowledge while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. A high school diploma is required, and familiarity with technology and fast-paced teamwork is valued.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
