Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to connect with customers, promote and sell our Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice products. You’ll be the face of the brand in our stores and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience while meeting sales goals.

This role requires strong communication, tech comfort, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule. High school diploma required; telecommunications experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years sales/customer service preferred.
• Telecommunications/wireless experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identifying sales opportunities and creating ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
• Building positive customer relationships, effective listening, and overcoming objections, while reselling the value of our products.
• Maintaining knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards, while minimizing product losses.
• Ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere, delivering a clean retail experience, effective communication, policy adherence, issue resolution.
