Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell our internet, TV, and mobile services. You will be the face of Spectrum at our stores, delivering exceptional customer care and driving sales while upholding brand standards.

You will identify opportunities, educate customers on products, and maintain knowledge of pricing and promotions. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with a focus on achieving sales goals in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Strong comfort with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales and service goals.
