Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a direct customer-facing retail environment preferred.
• Proficiency in using standard office software including Microsoft Office.

• Drive sales performance against targeted SPH (Sales Per Hour) and KPIs while achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Analyze daily sales results and partner with leadership to develop monthly proficiency plans.

• Execute style directives and oversee merchandising and labeling on the showroom floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with asset protection standards.
• Assist with furniture assembly and prep per guidelines.
• Utilize store systems and tools following established processes.
