Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand in our stores, promoting and selling our broadband, video and mobile services. You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer care, and educate customers about product benefits in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and comfort with technology. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; previous sales or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• Comfort with personal technology including mobile devices and video platforms.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills; able to multitask.
• Experience in sales/customer service desired (1–5 years).
