NRS' Retail Solutions help our customers' small businesses monitor and grow their business more effectively.

The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the NRS product and service portfolio in the Los Angeles area. These products include point of sale systems, credit card processing, cash advances, and future products.

The new team member will develop a plan to increase the reach of IDT and NRS products in their territory by prospecting potential customers, securing orders, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

About the Opportunity:

• Make commissions from direct sales of our Point of Sale devices, Merchant Services, Cash Advances, Loyalty Programs, and other retail products.
• Drive the application process, follow-ups, and close deals.
• Help customers understand how to use our services effectively.
• Provide light tech support on customer equipment.
• Set up and follow up on installation and appointments.
• Coordinate with support teams including Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk.

What we would like to see:

• Motivated individual with at least 1-2 years’ experience in selling Merchant Services.
• Prior experience with PoS implementation and sales.
• Bilingual professionals fluent in English and Spanish preferred; other languages considered.
• Willingness to travel and visit customers door-to-door.
• Basic computer skills, comfortable with tablets and Bluetooth equipment.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
