National Retail Solutions (NRS), a division of IDT Corporation, is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in the Los Angeles area. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and commissions.

NRS' Retail Solutions help small businesses monitor and grow their operations more effectively, bringing their services to the next level.

The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for outside, direct sales of NRS products and services, including point of sale systems, credit card processing, cash advances, and future offerings. The role involves developing strategies to expand IDT and NRS product reach by prospecting potential customers, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate commissions through direct sales of POS devices, Merchant Services, Cash Advances, Loyalty Programs, and other retail products.
• Manage the application process, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Assist customers in understanding and effectively using our services.
• Provide light technical support on customer equipment.
• Coordinate installation and follow-up schedules.
• Engage with support teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Help Desk.

Qualifications:

• Motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in selling Merchant Services.
• Experience with POS implementation and sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and conduct door-to-door customer visits.
• Basic computer skills, comfortable with tablets and Bluetooth devices.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
