Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive retail banking experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and service performance across assigned branches.
• Own branch-level sales and service results including loan production and deposits.
• Develop and implement cross-sell strategies across loan, deposit and related products.
• Plan and lead training meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
