Rent-A-Center in Midland, TX is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and deliver high‑quality customer experiences. You will grow revenue through rental agreements, provide friendly service in-store and at customers’ homes, handle deliveries and pickups, and keep the store inviting and well merchandised.

Minimum 1–3 years retail or customer service experience, a HS diploma, and the ability to lift and move products are required.

Formación

• 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to drive.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer prospects.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences in-store and at customers’ homes.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, loading/unloading and installation of products.
• Keep the store inviting and well merchandised for customers and coworkers.
