Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to help customers access high-quality goods and deliver great service. You will drive sales growth through rental agreements and build lasting customer relationships.

You will manage in-store operations, coordinate deliveries and pickups, maintain an inviting showroom, and uphold safety while driving company vehicle responsibilities. This role offers a consistent schedule, weekly pay, and a strong benefits package.

Formación

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth via completed rental agreements and new business development.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer service in-store and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandise: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness.
