Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to support daily operations at the store level. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean, safe, and inviting in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain fresh merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and entryways.
• Support other departments when needed and follow safety procedures.
