Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates to be the heart of our store. You’ll greet customers, run the register, keep the store clean, stocked, and safe, and help in deli or other departments as needed.

We offer weekly pay, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Must be 21+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background checks as part of our drug-free workplace policy.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol with age verification and legal compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales when appropriate.
• Clean and sanitize store areas, including restrooms, pumps, and lot.
• Stock shelves and displays; keep merchandise looking fresh and full.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and assist in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
