Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to be the heart of our store. You’ll greet customers, run the register, and keep the store clean, safe, and inviting in all weather.

Responsibilities include maintaining restrooms, pumps, and parking lot cleanliness, upselling when appropriate, and cross-training in deli or other departments as needed. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required. We believe in learning on the job!
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Physical ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification compliance
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales
• Keep the store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and lot areas
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays so merchandise looks fresh
• Maintain a clean, organized store; sweep, mop, and clean windows
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player and help wherever needed
