Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking reliable Sales Associates to support store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, handle the register, and assist with inventory while ensuring a clean, welcoming store experience.

You will work weekends and holidays as part of a flexible schedule, with opportunities for advancement and weekly pay. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
• Able to read, write, and understand English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with age verification and compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and parking area.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain fresh, full merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a team player.
