Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales – Immediate hire. Earn a base salary with uncapped commission, a first‑sale bonus, and paid training. Work in a team‑based environment with early release incentives and next‑day pay options.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the store, kiosk or event settings about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs by exploring and meeting their needs.
• Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and build professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Welcome customers, offer solutions, and escort them to relevant displays or information areas.
• Assist customers in making selections that build confidence and meet their needs.
• Accurately document and report sales, submit all paperwork completely and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable station or kiosk at all times.
• Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals, celebrate success, and contribute to overall results.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
