Retail Sales Representative

MarketSource is currently searching for a full-time Retail Sales Representative to work at major retailer locations. This position aims to increase sales and revenue within the wireless ecosystem, including electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and digital services. As a full-time sales representative, you will proactively approach customers within retail locations, assisting in wireless product and accessory sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales:
    • Drive sales productivity and customer satisfaction within retail locations for various wireless products, accessories, and services.
    • Engage in side-by-side selling with retail associates.
    • Participate in in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
    • Participate in wireless sales events at retailer locations.
  2. Training:
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of multiple carriers' wireless products and services.
    • Attend training sessions and conference calls as scheduled.
    • Review new product and service offerings from our client retailer.
  3. Relationship Development:
    • Establish and manage key relationships within the program.
    • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with retail store management and staff.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
  • Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
