Location Description

As a field sales employee, you will have the opportunity to travel and enjoy the flexibility of remote work. Our retail customers are across North America, with team members in nearly every U.S. state. Whether at a retail grocery store promoting the latest cereal or meeting with teammates at a corporate office, you can make a difference with Post Consumer Brands.


Responsibilities

Overview

The primary goal of this role is to sell and merchandise Post Consumer Brands products across retail outlets in a designated geographic area in Los Angeles, CA, focusing on increasing distribution and shelf space.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Selling Post Consumer Brands products for permanent distribution and merchandising at store level
  • Executing and tracking planned promotional activities
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key store personnel
  • Installing and maintaining merchandising fixtures
  • Collaborating with account teams and management to resolve merchandising issues
  • Completing retail tracking and other required reports
  • Implementing store resets

This position is home office-based in Los Angeles, CA, and candidates must reside in the area.


Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • At least 2 years of retail sales and merchandising experience
  • Proficiency with PC and basic software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Four-year degree preferred
  • Experience with consumer packaged goods companies preferred
