THE OPPORTUNITY:

We launched our company in 1984, servicing the apparel needs of resorts around our home of Detroit Lakes in northern Minnesota. Fast forward to today, and you'd be hard-pressed to not see our Blue 84 garments hanging in vacation locales from sea to shining sea. Great garments, incredible art, and our constant efforts to WOW Our Customers have been the key to our growth and will continue to differentiate us in the Resort market. We're not just another garment provider, and we're looking for 'not just another sales rep' to join our team of Sales Representatives.

As a Sales Rep, you will work closely with the National Resort Sales Manager leading our Corporate Division, and play a crucial role in driving Blue 84 Corporate business growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and potential customers, ranging from corporations to small businesses, healthcare facilities to manufacturing plants, and everything in between . Your passion for our products, combined with the aptitude for sales, energy, grit and determination to sell, will help us expand our customer base and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will live in the Detroit Lakes area and be or have the willingness to be actively involved in the community they serve. There's a reason community is one of our values!

TERRITORY: Duluth and Grand Rapids area. The ideal candidate must live in and be connected to the surrounding area.

LOCATION: This is a remote opportunity.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40-45 hours on average.

DAILY REP LIFE | Wow Our Customers + Sell All the Tees + Build Relationships + Prospecting

  • Build and maintain relationships with various businesses to promote corporate apparel for non-retail use.
  • Provide expert knowledge of products, emphasizing quality, uniqueness, and the Blue 84 brand.
  • Meet weekly sales targets through lead visits and calls as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Use CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and exceptional customer service.


QUALIFICATIONS | People Person + Sales Drive + Goal-Focused + Ultra Ambitious

  • Sales-driven, goal-focused, and highly ambitious with strong prospecting skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in sales software and CRM systems, with knowledge of corporate apparel trends preferred.
  • Willingness to travel, engage with the community, and embrace company culture (bonus if you love dogs!).
