Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is hiring entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate across our pawn store network. The role pays an hourly wage plus commission based on personal performance, with typical base around $13.45–$15.95 per hour and 2–8% commission on gross profits.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, maintain displays, and support daily store operations while working in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cash handling or retail experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Responsibilities
