Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time pawnbroker/retail sales associates in our store locations nationwide. The role partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides of the business.

Compensation includes $13.45 to $15.95 per hour plus a commission program (2–8% of personal gross profit). We offer health benefits, Earned Wage Access, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs non-management open/close procedures.
• Keeps sales floor clean and stocked; maintains merchandise displays.
• Performs sales and loan transactions according to policies.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
