Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with multiple merchandise types; firearms in FFL locations with cert provided.
• Strong customer service and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; prior checkout experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawns and loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buys, sells, loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
