First Cash Pawn is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. Earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn transactions, and help maintain organized displays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, explaining loan terms, and upholding company policies. 18+ with a HS diploma required; bilingual candidates encouraged. Medical benefits and employee discounts available.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with a variety of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Basic math and computer skills; POS experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
