Job summary

First Cash Pawn in Dallas, TX is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, assist with pawn and loan services, and process sales with accuracy on a busy shop floor.

Earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a range of benefits. The role supports a flexible schedule including weekends, with training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
