Job summary

Cash America Pawn in Irving, TX is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, assist with pawn and short-term loans, and process sales while maintaining a welcoming sales floor.

The position offers $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission up to 8%, with details shared during interview. Benefits include Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, and a comprehensive benefits package. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short‑term loans; ensure customer‑focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
