First Cash Pawn is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Brownsville, TX. The role offers $10.75–$13.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and product inquiries.
• Explain loan terms and process paperwork for a smooth customer experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value to support buy/sell decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
