Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in El Paso, TX. You’ll greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

The role offers $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%. Benefits include earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts from day one, medical, dental, vision, life, and other benefits. Flexible hours and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loans by explaining terms and paperwork
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
