The role offers an hourly wage of $10.00–$14.00 plus unlimited commission up to 8%, flexible hours, earned wage access after day 2, and benefits from medical to tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Basic math and computer skills; checkout systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
